Tony really help me! I drove from Maryland got my truck in service and he promised I’d be back on the road before rush hour traffic. Also kept me updated as I waited. Very knowledgeable of not only service, he’s very familiar with the trucks that come in.

The most helpful shop I’ve ever been to. Tony by far has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We need more people in this world like Tony and more shops like East Coast Truck & Trailer Sales. I was in a pinch because I couldn’t drive due to losing my winch bar and couldn’t tighten the straps to secure my load. I called, and Tony helped me out. He had the winch bar I needed in stock, but it was almost 5pm and they were closing. After telling Tony my situation he offered to deliver the winch bar to me on his way home. I can’t even express how grateful I am for him and what he did for me today. I even offered to pay him for delivering it and he refused. If you’re looking for anything relating to commercial trucks and trailers I HIGHLY recommend coming here, as you will be treated right by honest people. Thank you again Tony, you’re a lifesaver!
