Customer reviews of NAPA Auto Parts - Springfield in North Springfield, VA
4.3 stars based on 143 reviews- YY L
The guy at the cashier was very professional so not giving this place a one star. However, the day before, store was already closed when I got there after 6pm when the website says it's open until 7. They only indicate 6pm at the store. Wasted time and gas.

I know corporate thinks they close at 7 on weekdays, but they in reality close at 6. I've heard from their employees that they've had fights with corporate over the posted hours. But when there is a mismatch, it's the customers who suffer.

Google and online listings say they close at 7pm it’s 6:24 and the store is closed…
