Andy Can Fix That is an UNDERSTATEMENT. They worked on my RHD Rav 4 J trim for a coolant leak and it broke under stress the first time (not their fault for the record and done in record time) they addressed the issue, no charge, and they changed the oil per my request. Everyone there is top notch and very professional and attentive with the queue of cars they have to service on the daily. Gotta have my car. The poor thing runs nonstop between 8 to 11 hours to get the Elma community their mail and absurd shopping habits. I have spoken with a touch of sarcasm. These cats are a value add to this local community. I tip my hat....have to no hair up there.

They did my spark plugs other things for a tune up and over charged me on my car. The parts cost less, but the labor was way more. Then they left the old spark plugs on my plastic cover under the hood. They told me at my next oil change that I needed more work, i had them do the work. The same the next oil change.... They changed my spark plugs again plus more work. At least the 2nd time through, there was a guy singing in the back. The highlight of the experience was mechanic karaoke. Anyways I was just there again in the last 2 weeks to get my oil changed. I didn't even make it home and my engine light came up. I called my brother and he towed me back. He took a look at it and the oil plug was loose and so was the filter. My brother said it had 2 filter gaskets on it. Do Better!
