A lot of small auto repair shops on the Eastside still use paper receipts and phone calls. I was impressed Integrity texted me the diagnosis of my car and a quote for repairs. Diagnosis fees were super reasonable. Service was quick and easy. Staff pleasant.

We have taken all three of our vehicles to Integrity for several years now, ranging from less than $100 of service to several thousand. We would not take our vehicles anywhere else. Integrity has some of the best customer service we have ever experienced, they always get our vehicles in within a couple of days, and all the work we have had done has been completed in one business day. As a newly single mom of 4 kids, I needed to find a dependable and trustworthy automotive repair shop. I found it at Integrity Automotive in Issaquah. They have now done two separate issue repairs on my Acura - they have customer service, keeping me updated and explaining everything in detail. They fixed both issues and were fairly priced. In fact this last repair was complicated to assess but they kept on it until they pinpointed the issue and were able to resolve. But here’s the thing….they didn’t charge me because they said it took longer to identify and resolve! Who does that these days??? Their name suits their professional ethics. They have a loyal customer in me!
