Doesn't ever answer their phones and their emails bounce. I think I left a bag of groceries there when dropping off a TV. Can someone PLEASE get back to so I don't have to drive all the way back? As far as electronic drop offs go: great that there's somewhere close to drop off and pretty easy EXCEPT these people can't hear YOU talking to them. So they're just yelling at you: "what do you want to drop off" and when you answer them, they just keep repeating themselves and DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY CAN'T HEAR YOU. Is this a scam? If not, please get your sound system fixed. Will go somewhere else with common sense next time. Thanks for reading and have a really nice day! And if you have my groceries, can you please reply to this review and let me know? There is NO OTHER WAY to get a hold of you.

Storefront wasn't open, but there was a place for dropping items off which is appreciated during Covid times. Didn't take appliances which is a bummer, but was able to get rid of everything else I had. Glad a place like this exists.
