Excellent customer service, I was searching all over for parts for my Mercedes W212 after some idiot hit my car! I came across Nu Way in Wilmington, called ahead and checked stock for parts one day and picked up the next. They take card, cash, and ZELLE! Super convenient. The Hood/Bonnet I purchased was 5 ⭐! Insurance quality, a little dusty but no damage! Matched down to the color code! Direct fit! I browsed around the front a while and couldn't help but notice how many different car parts they had! Huge selection of parts. Make sure to call ahead and confirm the parts you're looking for are there in the case you're driving 2+ hours like me. Overall super satisfied with the business I WOULD definitely recommend NU WAY for all your replacement part needs! The staff were all very knowledgeable and even made a few recommendations for "like" model parts that would fit my vehicle.

be careful when having them ship your parts. their very careless and dishonest. i ordered two broken headlamps to be shipped to new jersey. i paid by zelle and received one headlamp, when i asked what happened to the next side they said it was placed in the garbage. i offered to pay them to look for it but no one was taking me seriously . I got no help after that. be aware and do not zelle them because they will not ship what was agreed.

Guys dont want to sale, called to pick up a part and they said theyre to busy. Oh well ebay then. I was willing to drive an hour and they cant work?
