It was very expensive to replace the hydraulic hose — it cost me $1,300. On top of that, it was the mechanic’s fault because he brought the wrong hoses and had to go back to get the correct one, which wasted a lot of time. Expensive, yes — but of course the mechanic was very friendly for that kind of money.

Unfortunately I needed a tow for my 25,000 lb military truck converted to overlanding truck this past weekend. This sort of thing is pretty stressful. That said you can only hope to find a company like Reliable and their driver "Rocky". From getting a real person at 5am (Thanks Chris!) to the immediate dispatch of Rocky from an hour away. I was hooked up and on my way home (100 miles away) in no time. I had figured I would be out in the middle of nowhere Washington for at least a day. I was home six hours after my initial call. Thanks to Rocky and Reliable.

Got into a tough spot with a mechanical issue with a newly purchased 4x4 motorhome. Had to get it towed from Ritzville to spokane for repairs and these guys got it done without blinking an eye. Will, our tow truck driver, was incredibly knowledgeable and more patient with us than he probably needed to be. Can't tell you enough how incredible these folks are.
