I cannot say enough about the service provided. I was stuck on the side of I90 on a Sunday in the dark with no flashers because my alternator decided it was done. I was stuck between Moses lake and Ritzville. I had my 2 young children with me and was heading home to Spokane Valley. In November. In the cold. Needless to say it was terrifying. I called Ritzville towing and not only was he able to take me all the way home (about an hour and a half drive from where we were!) but his price was extremely reasonable and he showed up earlier than the hour and a half that I was quoted. The driver was the owner of Ritzville Towing and he was very kind to my children and myself. I know it was a huge ask to drive us so far with no notice and I am so grateful I found them. If you are looking for a professional company with compassion and extremely competitive rates. This is the company! Thank you!

Ritzville Towing literally rescued us today when our car lost all powerleaving us stranded miles from anywhere. Our insurance provider had several other companies promise response within '30 min. to an hour'..we are now aware that literally means nothing. Rhonda drove her personal car out to pick us up as their drivers were all out on service calls ,we had no way to move all 4 wheels off the freeway with no steering..terrifying..cars & semis were swerving around us and laying on their horns! We will always be grateful to Rhonda and our tow truck driver Tom for their kindness and caring.THANKYOU
