I was driving my kids to school when I realized I was nearing a flat tire. I called UP Tire & Auto asking for a repair, and they took me almost immediately. I was in and out in less than 30 mins, for a super reasonable cost. We are new to the area and hadn't yet found a go-to place for our cars - now we know who we can trust. Also, the women working at the front are lovely, and the waiting room is cozy, clean, with good WiFi. Best experience I've had anywhere. Thank you!

A GREAT EXPERIENCE. Marissa and Karen in the front office are so nice and very knowledgeable! The techs in back are efficient and honest. I went in for an inspection, we found that my brakes and tires were not in good condition. They were able to remove and replace in under 1day! Very reasonable, very quick, very nice. 10/10

Don’t go here. I have now had two (2) steering racks replaced and eventually failed from here. The first time, it failed in just a couple of weeks. The second time, in just over a year. I called the shop and asked about their warranty, but I was met with some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced from Marissa. She was rude and unwilling to help in any way. PLEASE give your business and hard-earned money to someone else.
