Customer reviews of O'Reilly Auto Parts in Elkins, WV
4.6 stars based on 23 reviews- TTracy Johnson
On Saturday December 10, 2026, we were told that the parts would be at the Elkins Wv location around 2:00 so my husband waited until 2:30 to stop in to ask if they had arrived yet and the clerk did not even look up at him to acknowledge him and was very rude! So we will be marking that store off of our list! Thankful we have many other auto parts stores to go to in our area! Advice: don’t tell me something will be there when you are 50% sure it will and if you are rude, don’t work in customer service!

What a surprise, once again no management how do you run a store with NO management?Went in looking for a battery, Ron the counter guy, couldn't find what I wanted and tried to tell me I was wrong on the battery I needed ...how about hire employees who know the job . Maybe ones who have customer service skills, ?
