I just moved to the area and I don't have garbage service. I went to drop off four garbage bags and some boxes from moving and accidentally drove in the back and just put my garbage bags in the dumpsters. A dude came out and I asked him where I could put my cardboard, and he said I drove in the wrong way and it's $3 per bag to dispose of garbage. So I paid $12 for four regular size garbage bags. I really thought that this service was covered by my tax money everywhere, and this will be my first and last time taking stuff there. He didn't smile once, and he was super rude and kept asking me questions.

I am wondering if it's common practice to yell yes I can friggin hear you and then hang up on customers who are calling to ask questions. We apologize our phone services wasn't as good as that man thought it should have been but he hung up and was not helpful at all. Hoping tomorrow when we call we can get someone a little more helpful. It was not a great experience. That person should probably handle customer service a little better.

This used to be 5 stars until they started to whine anytime we brought all of our broken down cardboard inside of a piece of cardboard... that WE would break down after taking it all out. Not sure what happen here. They used to be wonderful, but now it's like we're an inconvenience anytime we someone shows up!
