Do not recommend, charged $130 to diagnose then did nothing to resolve the issues, other than telling me to go to Amazon to purchase a part,what a joke! Will not be back! Reply to comment: I would have been happy to come and have you explain it to me if you would have done that in the first place, instead of having your secretary text my girlfriend about the service like she is the customer, I'm paying the money and my name is one the ticket right? So thats why I said to call me with prices and that's when we go over options. But that's not what happened, so now you can deal with a bad review and a couple of non-return customers!!

I’m a mail carrier and every time I have a flat tire I go to these guys. Today I called right away and they were able to move things around and get 4 brand new tires on my car in less than an hour. I was having a mental breakdown as I needed my car for the day and had no idea what I was going to do, but they saved the day. I am extremely grateful for them.

A shop in Madison tried to rip me off on a big ticket item 2x!! ???. Brodhead Tire Center was transparent and worked with me. Their inspection was honest and they didn’t take advantage of me being in vulnerable situations. I have peace of mind knowing I can trust them. Thank you Brodhead Tire and Service Center for everything!! ?
