I've been to the Chillim Road location several times. It's a small place and they are always busy in there, but the staff is knowledgeable about their products and have always had the quality parts I've needed. I will continue to patronize this store and have recommended them to others.

This place is small and is often crowded. The people are nice here, but some of the parts aren't good. Over the last couple of years I've bought an alternator, water pump, and and belt tensioner among other items. I've had to bring back the alternator because the bearings went bad and the pulley came off. Now the water pump went bad. So now I'm replacing that (with a part from another place). The prices are good but if I have to bring stuff back inside of a year or two, it's not worth it. Plus, I have to pay someone to replace the parts again. Im on a fixed income and don't have that kind of money to keep doing that. Anything with moving parts, I won't buy here anymore. Sorry guys !! ?
