I’ve been going here for years, whatever he told me I trusted him. Something’s we’re not done to what I expected but I ignore this. But this last time was major, I took my Mercedes to him for a tune-up and to replace some lamp bulbs. When I picked my car up, I should have known because I didn’t get a receipt. I picked my car up on the 18th of November. . I don’t drive it much because I’m retired. I put my car on the road Thanksgiving Eve to go to Atlanta I noticed it sputtered when I gave it gas, but I thought it was because I don’t drive it on the highway often. Halfway up there the check lamp light came on. When I stopped for gas I noticed that one of the lights that he had “ replaced” was not working. After arriving in Atlanta to my daughter’s house, I never drove the car again because I rode with her. When preparing to leave Saturday I turned the car on and the check engine light came on, I called my husband who told me to take it to auto zone to put on the machine. The machine said there was a leak in the intake air system. I took my car to a mechanic who ran the smoke test and he found the leak in the gaskets, he stated this should have been found during your tune up. When I read up on tune ups, it stated all fluids, gaskets, spark plugs are to be checked and replaced if needed. I had to pay $480 to have my gaskets replaced. When I brought this to Nick’s attention (oh my windshield fluid was empty also cause that light came on also), he stated the guy was ripping me off and I could just have had the the computer reset n the check engine light wouldn’t come back on. He stated they don’t check gaskets n wiper fluid on tuneups If my car made it there it could make it back. When I told him about the smoke test n stated they did that and there was no leaks when I drove it off his lot and there was nothing he could do to help me. I feel that I did not get a full tune-up and I blame myself because I trusted him so I didn’t request a receipt for the service. This really hurts, because now I wonder how many other times I’ve brought my vehicles to him and the service was only partially done.

BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE BROUGHT MY 2001 HONDA CIVIC THERE AND THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A E.C.U COMPUTER PUT IN THATS WHY IT WAS NOT SHIFTING PROPERLY HE HAD MY CAR ALMOST 2MONTHS AND KEPT PUTTING E.C.U COMPUTERS IN AND HE COULDNT PROGRAM ANY TO WORK KEPT GIVING EXCUSES FINALLY I WAS FED UP AND WENT AND GOT MY CAR AND NOW THE KEY LIGHT IS FLASHING AND MY R.P.M GAUGE DOESNT WORK OR MY A.C AND ALL OF THIS WORKED WHEN I DROPPED THE VEHICLE OF THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF SHADE TREE MECHANICS AND RIP OFFS I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU IMMEDIATELY! THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!

Has to be the worst mechanic in Florida. Destroyed my engine my truck is down for 4 months.Nick won't return my money so now I'm getting an attorney. He tells me go ahead ive never lost a case. Shows you how bad of a person he is.
