I got my car stuck in a small median in the cash machine line at my bank, when I mistakenly drove my car over the curb. It was at a downward angle, and I wasn't able to either back up or drive forward without damaging the under carriage. I called Ricky, and he was there within 30 minutes. He masterfully jimmied my car, using rubber blocks and a jack, in addition to his tow truck bar, to finally get the car into a position where he could lift it out of the median and back onto the drive through lane. He was very nice, and I am very grateful for his talent! I highly recommend!

Closer to a 4.5 star review if I could give one. While the service itself was absolutely stellar the truck arrived more than an hour after expected ETA. The tower communicated clearly as to why and also checked-in occasionally to give me updates to his location, so this did at least partially account for this issue, alongside the pickup location for my car being in an out-of-the-way place. Fairly priced and very quick delivery, also a nice dude overall. Would still recommend overall.

Outstanding service provided Ricky. He was professional, personable, and proficient. He arrived in under 15 minutes, beating his own ETA. He communicated clearly throughout the whole process by phone text and in-person keeping us informed. Personally speaking, he was also courteous, kind and polite. His rates are very reasonable and his service is outstanding. This man cares about the people he seves and it shows.
