The three gentlemen I interacted with throughout the process were exceptionally polite and kind. The entire process was remarkably swift, and I truly appreciate the efficient and well-run government service. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this a pleasant experience.

This is probably one of the best government departments that I actually look forward to going to. The guys who work here are simply outstanding! Super professional, funny and so warm and hospitable. Just had to get my car inspected before the MLK holiday because they are going to be closed and they got me in and out in 7 minutes. They are awesome. God bless all of them.

An employee vandalized my car with a razor blade. He shredded and pulled half of my window tint without my permission. He then left the razor blade in my vehicle on the passenger seat. I went to complain to their front desk who completely dismissed me and said I didn’t know what I was talking about until they saw the damage, and proceeded to yell at the employee that was a liability issue. They told me they would have to fail me in the system. I couldn't drive home with zero visibility in both my windows so I asked for a blade and removed the tint myself across the street (rip my fingers). They have not offered any compensation, or help to remove it to drive home and have been dodging my calls and emails since.
