Sadly my car was towed in dc 1/13. I attempted to pick up my car but was told, my car was in the back of there lot covered in ice/snow so I couldn’t get it. I waited a week and called back. They said it was ready. I caught a uber a went there to recover the car. Upon arrival i was told my car was not ready and the person i spoke to gave me the wrong information. I asked when will i be ready, they said they wasn’t sure since there lot was covered in snow. I attempted to leave the lot, of course sad. The only exit/entrance has a gate that malfunctioned so i was not able to leave. I waited upset on the property in the cold over 30 minutes while they attempted to cut the gate. I asked to speak to a manager. Manger was not available. I called every two days asking for a manager, no manger available. Finally 1/29 i was told my car was ready for pick up when i called. Good thing i called a second time that day before i arrived, the 2nd staff member told me its not ready until 2/1, its still in the back of there lot. I was shocked but happy I didn’t go up there and waste more time. I thankfully got my car back 2/4, after there lot was cleared. My front tag and car parts were completely was damaged on there property. Staff attempted to screw the tag back on. No discount , or a manger available to speak with. My vehicle is definitely not in the same condition it was towed in.

My car would not start and needed to be towed to get a new starter. Big Mike showed up very quickly after I used my app to request service. He had my car up on the bed and got it to the repair shop super quick. Professional, personable and very knowledgeable about cars. I am so grateful he was the one to come get my car and help me out!!! I can give no higher recommendation that this company and ask for Big Mike! Big Mike really did a great job helping when I really needed it and following a bad accident. Very nice, patient, professional and helpful. Even when the dealership sent us to another location, he kindly took me there without a degree of hesitation. Just went above and beyond with great service when I needed it most.
