**Do Not Use This Towing Company – Hostile and Unprofessional** My car was towed from a store parking lot, and the phone number on their sign didn’t work. I had to get the correct number from a nearby store employee. When I called around 8 PM, the woman who answered was extremely rude and dismissive, saying the company was “closed” — highly unusual for a towing service. The next morning, when I called again for the address, the same woman was even nastier, projecting her deep, vast personal frustrations, insecurities, and failures onto me. Their office is in a sketchy, hard-to-find building. Inside, the staff - two nasty women - were unhelpful and had terrible attitudes. They claimed their credit card machine “wasn’t working” and presented a $250 cash invoice — never disclosed over the phone. They demanded payment via Zelle, which felt sketchy, only to be told afterward that the correct fee was $215. They argued incompetently among themselves about how to issue a refund while I was running late for an appointment. Most shockingly, one employee, Elizabeth Warner, verbally insulted me using a racial slur. A male colleague appeared and gave me $35 from his wallet. This company is disgusting, hostile, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy. Their payment practices are shady, customer service is appalling, and their behavior is unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs.

I had a really great experience with this company. The driver arrived quickly, he was kind and courteous. It turned what was an unfortunate incident into an almost enjoyable time. I would definitely use them again.

Utilized them through AAA. Came on time during 4pm rush hour traffic (normally I have to wait for hours, driver was there within the 30 mins time frame that AAA gave). Because of that, I was able to get car to the shop before they closed at 5pm. He was also very gentle loading/unloading and hauling my car through the narrow and bumpy DC streets.
