Prathers was great to work with….. at first. We first took our car to them where they replaced the high pressure fuel pump. Second time taking same car to them was to have the catalytic converter replaced. Converter was replaced and something had to be added to high pressure fuel pump that they forgot to put on the first time, ok. Two weeks later the catalytic converter had to again be replaced because we were told “the first one may have been bad”. One month after converter was replaced the car is dying with reduced engine power. We took the car to dealership where it was purchased. They then took our car to an engine repair place. We quickly got a call saying the wrong catalytic converter was put on our vehicle, what! We were also told there is a crack in the manifold. We call Prathers where we were basically told a bandaid was applied to the problem. He replaced the catalytic converter knowing there were other issues on the car which caused the converter to fail. We were never made aware of the other issue. This is not how a reputable mechanic works. Prathers did offer to “fix” our car once again but I refused to have them touch it. So in July we paid them $2000 for a catalytic converter and now having to pay another shop $1100 to fix the converter. Go elsewhere!
