I have been using Reliable for several years both in Altoona and now Hollidaysburg. I never had an issue until recently. I bought 4 new tires in September. About 2 weeks after that, my front driver’s side tire started to lose air. I brought it back and they told me it was a “bad seal” and supposedly fixed it. 2 months later, we were driving on the PA Turnpike (the day before Xmas Eve) and the same tire literally blew up! Luckily no one was injured. I called Reliable and the “manager” told me that there was nothing they could do. I was to contact the manufacturer who was not helpful either. I just can’t believe that Reliable would sell a defective tire and not even care. I highly recommend that no one buy tires from them as you may get hurt or worse.

I took my car in for a cracked oil filter housing, no check engine light, it was running fine otherwise. Brought my own part because it was half the price of buying it through them. They called and told me I bought the wrong part. I told them I used the VIN to make sure I had the right part and they still said it didn't fit. When I picked it up they then said it was just a sensor that didn't fit, but they didn't give me the sensor I had purchased back. I didn't care at the time, it came with the part so I couldn't return just the sensor anyhow. I picked the car up after hours and as soon as I started it I noticed it wasn't idling right. I took it back, and it cost me another $124 to replace a spark plug due to a misfire. They tried to sell me a $400 tune up. My car didn't have a misfire when I dropped it off. ? I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of. What are the odds that it would randomly develop a misfire while they had it?

I highly recommend for tires, alignment and oil change! I priced tires online and Reliable was a few dollars more BUT Reliable including free mounting and balancing and every 5,000 miles rotation of tires! That's an incredible deal! Plus they were honest enough to tell me they put another crack on my lower molding panel. They called a Ford dealership to get the part, painted to correct color and will put it on for me. I already had a crack on that piece and was going to replace. I was blown away by their honesty and integrity to fix it. They were apologetic and wanted to make it right for me. That's the kind of place I can trust when it comes to my car!
