My wife and I were at a soccer game last week in Walton Verona. When she pulled into the parking lot, her car was not acting right and we could not get the car to start or remain running. It was 5:30, so after hours for a lot of places. We called AAA and they dispatched Cozine Auto Repair for a possible jump/tow. I spoke with the owner Chris over the phone and he thought it sounded like an alternator. His tow truck driver brought our vehicle back to the shop, and sure enough it was an alternator problem. Chris and his team repaired the issue in a timely manner by the next day and at a reasonable price. Hard to ask for more than that. On top of that, my wife and I enjoyed a great conversation with his family when we went to pick the car up. His son, wife, daughter - everyone was lovely. We came away knowing we have another respectable and reliable source to take our cars to. Thank you again, Chris and crew!

Literally broke down last night in Sparta, KY, spent the night in the Ramada because the alternator in my van went just before Exit 57. This morning, I made some phone calls and talked to locals at the BP. Unanimously, I was pointed in the direction of Cozines by both those with a suggestion to my situation. Had a lovely exchange with Chris and then Riley regarding the bill and the timing. Matthew picked us up with the flatbed. His knowledge of the area was exspansive, and his driving exemplary. Finally, the most important role in this was the mechanic, Wolfe!! He found many things that needed my attention (as I had just had the car returned to me within the last 24 hours). Not only did he ensure our getting back on the road in a timely manner, but he also made sure that we were going to be safe!! Who would have thought that out in the middle of seemingly nowhere, you would find such a great group of people to help you along the way without robbing you blind?! We are truly blessed to have been cared for by these individuals!!
