On our Christmas drive from Michigan to Texas to see our daughter, our 2015 Buick stopped going forward as we were exiting the highway, free rolling in reverse down the exit ramp. Really frightening experience days before the holiday. We made multiple calls for help and A Wells was the ONLY person who actually offered to try and help us. He had plenty of opportunity to price gouge or take advantage of our misfortune but he did NOT do that. He was more than kind and more than reasonable.
