I recently got my vehicle stuck in deep snow on our camp road in Ossipee area. I was given Crowell’s name from another local tow company that initially showed up on a Google search (but he knew that he couldn’t help me). Turned out that Crowell’s 4wd tow truck couldn’t get to me, so they sent their excavator up within the hour (tracks were definitely necessary) and pulled me out with no problem. Response was quick and courteous, and I would highly recommend these folks for any towing/recovery needs. I’m also really glad that word of mouth still works in this day and age!

This is the best, most reliable and trustworthy mechanic in the region. The staff is friendly with a get it done strait shooter vibe. Over the last decade I have had no issues getting all of my vehicles service and work done here and never been surprised when it comes to billing. Located right next to a napa auto parts, they always seem to get parts faster and get the work done faster than other mechanics I have used. After living in the area for over a decade I have used their tow and roadside service several times and they are always prompt and helpful. I found them on the mechanic files on the car talk website, which is a list of the best mechanics in the nation. Can't recommend them enough.

We can't say enough good things about the great work and service at Crowell's to ensure our vehicles are always roadworthy. Since moving to Wakefield, they are our 'go-to' for auto repairs and maintenance, flatbed towing, and new sets of tires for our truck and SUV. Keith and team are great to work with!
