I would give zero stars but google wont allow such poor ratings. Firstly, when I initially called, I was quoted 30 minute wait time at 9:37am. I called back after an hour, was then told again 30-40 minutes. Tow truck didn’t arrive until 1pm after I called to inquire a 3rd time, Driver was honest about reason of delay, which I understood and worked with him. Sadly, upon exiting the driver hit and significantly damaged a vehicle when exiting my private garage with his dolly- understandable, accidents happen. However, he then refused to give us any information/insurance for the damages I witnessed him do. I was told to “call the company, you have their info” I called the “info” whom was a man named Craig, 5 times and was sent to voicemail each time. I followed up in text message to the number I called with no response or acknowledgment. After 3 hours of back and forth with the driver, calling our security team, the driver FINALLY called provided his drivers license. But would not give us his registration or vehicle information. Incidents happen but the failure of service really was highlighted when whom I can only assume to be “Craig” called me back 3.5 hours later. 5:27pm, I get a call from the “info” phone number I had called and texted multiple times. A man asking for me to make payment - totally understandable. But the moment I started inquiring about information to have the damaged vehicle repaired, he continued saying we will “take care of it” When I again requested for information for reassurance as “we will take care it” isn’t proper information to orchestrate repairs, he stated “it is not your business” followed up with, if you don’t pay they will tow the car from the drop off location and charge me storage fees…. I expressed AGAIN I was willing to pay, I need Zelle and insurance information. The man stated, I was refusing to pay and they would be towing the vehicle to their yard tonight and I would be required to pay storage and penalty fees before hanging up on me. The Driver called me back immediately, at 5:30pm stating he’s not sure why his “boss” won’t give me the Zelle information and not sure why he’s being “like that” since he heard me say I would pay. He said he’d try to get the Zelle information for me but never followed up with it. I can be reasonable and practice patience but being cut off and told I’m refusing to pay and then threatened to have my car taken, failing to provide me with insurance information is new all time low. Unfortunately, I still was never provided the proper information and considering they are unwilling to 1) take my payment 2) provide me with proper information, I am left with no choice other than to file a police report as a hit and run due to failure of providing insurance.

Excellent service! They showed up quickly when my car broke down and got me back on the road in no time. Super professional, friendly, and reliable — I’ll definitely call them again if I ever need towing or roadside help! The prices were also extremely fair!

Business is a scam. Tow driver crashed another one of my vehicles and refused to provide insurance. Still waiting on their information, they don’t listen when you talk to them and just make things up as they go. Horrible people.
