We sat on the interstate for a while trying to get someone to tow us out and other people declined the job because we had a car trailer attached to the truck. As soon as we called this company they gave an ETA of 25 mins and it only took a few minutes to load the truck on the rollback and trailer onto the underreach. When they got to our house, he quickly and carefully situated everything where we preferred. Getting a competent person helping us out of a bad spot made the experience a lot less stressful. Payment options were check or card with a processing fee, the cost was reasonable.

Driver was nice and got my car out of the ditch. But they over charged. Instead of delivering to Toyota like we asked, they put it in their extra lot and charged us an extra $185 dollars because of that. Wasn’t even the tow company that we called. Money hungry people. $465 for a tow 15 miles. Won’t ever use them again.

If you actually need a tow do not and I repeat do not use this place! Scammers. My car was taken by KSP and used this company, I have the tower on camera stating $225 to get it out and $45 a day by 12pm for lot charge, picked up my car around 10:30am and was still charged $45. On top of that it’s 2025 and they only accept cash. The guy got offended because I was recording him lol, if you see this message I’m making it very clear who I am as I am the guy with the Hyundai you proceeded to grand theft auto. People, if you need towing service please use a legitimate company in triple A as I had no choice but to use them as KSP called them. I see a lot of pricing issue comments so I’m going to report them to BBB if they are even on there. Peytona garage do better.
