DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very poor communication and took so long to physically move our apartment - increasing our price exponentially, despite asking to be mindful of time. Took breaks throughout, so much so, that my husband and I ended up getting in the truck to move as many boxes as we could to not be charged. Our movers complained throughout the move which made us very uncomfortable, yet did excellent with poorly treating/scratching our furniture (not letting me attach photos here which is comical). I specifically asked to be done at a certain time, and they quoted us for 30 minutes after that (unable to negotiate this differently). When speaking with management, there was minimal room for discussion, and hope to never deal with this company again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - save yourselves the hassle.

Anthony and Xavier were amazing!!!! They came under my estimate and wrapped and padded everything perfectly which is what I was most worried about my items have sentimental value to me. Overall it was a great success 10 for 10

Damaged our house and are dragging the claims process 2+ months. Do not recommend. Had a move from a Chicago apartment. Movers were generally careful but a bit too careless with covering all the furniture. The real problem arose when they damaged our walls and trim at the destination. I immediately sent photos and videos to management, and they said they would take care of it 5 times on the phone. When I got a response a month later, I submitted all additional claim forms in a timely manner - and it has been another month from hearing from them. Every time I call, the manager says “someone is working on it” (they’re not) — they just want you to forget about it. Go somewhere else for movers — the hourly rates are all the same, and other people will actually value your time and take care of you if you have to file a claim.
