Service was friendly and honest. Client representative took pictures of issue and discussed what may have contributed to them so it can be avoided in future as well as multiple plans for repair. Chose repairs based on honest assessment of risk and openness to answr questions. Waiting area comfortable and clean with areas to work at while waiting. Will definitely return to this Honda service repair in future.

Went in for service for the first time. My service advisor, Chris, was very resourceful and knowledgeable. Reassured me of everything and put my anxiety at ease. Greg, the technician, looked over everything and even recorded me a video to show me areas he was concerned about and that needed attention. A nice report was printed out with every detailed information pertaining to the areas that my car needs servicing on. Very professional and courteous staff. Definitely going back to get the other needed repairs serviced here. Never had a Honda service department give me such great experience and the reassurance I needed to know my car is in good hands.
