I had the best experience buying my car with Jeff at Hayes Auto Sales. He worked with me around my work hours and helped me find the perfect car to match what I was looking for and within my budget and I couldn’t be happier! Jeff and Jason work very closely together so I want to shout out Jason as well! He helped my grandma figure out why something on her car wasn’t working just while she was stopping by, no appointment or anything and he helped me get my old car home while Jeff was getting the paperwork together. Nowhere else will you find such kind guys who really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They have been the only ones we go to when we’re in the market to buy a car…decades now these two fellas have taken care of us and we’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences. They’re great guys and they explain everything to you and hear you out; you’re not treated like their next paycheck. Thank you both so much for everything you did for us both today and for always taking care of us when we are looking for a new car.

I previously owed a Honda civic which I unfortunately hydroplaned in on 7/24 due to weather conditions. Fortunately enough for me my car was paid off so I was able to get the restitution but I’m 19 and my family took care of everything cars for me so I was basically a first time buyer. When my accident came it was time to put my big girl pants on a find a new one. It was challenging after going to multiple dealers running my credit , lots of let downs , no negotiations nothing. I was just the next “$$$$$”. I live in the area so Hayes auto Sayles was no secret to me just didn’t have what I wanted at the time but after a month and some change I was riding past there with family so of course I checked the website. My beautiful car had no price on it at the time but I certainly did reach out and got a email back within two hours. I stopped by the next afternoon (no appointment). Fell inlove instantly! Received the keys and information for test drive and the rest is history. If you have just the slightest thought about going I would this has been BY FAR the best yet easiest car buying experience.

This dealership is a blessing. Our family has bought several vehicles over the years from them. If you think about "car salesmen" . A lot of folks have had bad experiences buying vehicles. Jeff and Jason are the most honest , good hearted guys I have ever encountered when buying a used car. They have quality inventory always. I went in as a customer , and came out as a friend. I stop by on occasion just to hang out! I love supporting local businesses, and anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle I steer them to at least go and talk to Hayes Auto Sales. You will never find more honest and down to earth folks. I would give them a 10 out of 10 rating. They treat you like family. You will not be disappointed when you buy from Hayes Auto Sales!
