I am a loyal customer who is being billed $638 per year, almost $300 more than other local providers ($350 - I shopped around) and more than $200 more than a new customer to their company ($411 - I went on line and requested a quote). What a betrayal and slap in the face. When I contacted them, it took an hour or more of my time, first waiting for live chat, then waiting for a live agent, only to have my call dropped while I was on hold while the agent was looking into a resolution, with no call back.

Very unorganized place to pick up a load , there is plenty of room to go around this waste trucks but I guess we all have to sit and wait for no reason!. You will probably have to re weight your load because they don’t seem to know approximately how to legally load trailers , apart from that it’s a Fast loading and Friendly stuff !!
