1-14-2025 opened a Hillcrest Beef Pot Pie I bought in Minnesota. At first glance this is about the best looking pot pie on the planet. But be warned “you can’t judge a pot pie from the beautiful package” Please look at my pictures after reading this review. You will not believe them. That pie came out of the oven looking like a million bucks. Then I smelled it. It actually stunk. Really stunk. My wife and I each had about a quarter of the pie. I was able to force my portion down. However it really smelled bad. My wife had two bites. She could not finish that concoction. One picture shows a really good looking meal. Part of the pie, coleslaw and my home cooked cranberries. In Another picture shows what we threw into the garbage. How can something that looks so good be so AWFUL? One picture shows the label.

The beef pot pie should be called beef fat and gristle not beef. Not one decent hunk of beef in the entire $10.00 pot pie. Terrible!
