One of the coils in our car engine blew out in Maine on the weekend and without tools I could not replace it and the car barely ran with that problem. Dean's shop was the only place on Deer Isle open for mechanical repair work on a Saturday. Other shops/stations only pumped gas that day and even turned us down flat when we asked for their help (it's an easy fix if you have a ratchet wrench). Dean's people helped in a few minutes and didn't charge us anything at all. Great service and helpfulness!
