Car got towed last night from McDonald’s down the street. $355 tow is outrageous to do to fellow members of the community.

Would highly recommend danvers auto body! I brought my car in on Monday and it was ready by Friday the same week. Bernie is also very friendly and communicative. Bernie and his team also went above and beyond by cleaning the exterior and interior of my car after they fixed it. Definitely go here if you need to get your car fixed!

If I could give you zero stars, I would… $500 to tow a car and have it overnight literally days before Christmas…500 dollars.. completely fair…. they see the car seats…. then you’re offering me $70 off to keep the car (The guy says it’ll sit here for a week or two taking up space) funny thing I could call a company to come get it and they will give me $200 and they will come same day and I’m not even a mechanic shop. you should get zero stars and honestly you should be ashamed… every single line this guy spewed was a line of bull. This place is a disservice to the local community. I’ve added a picture of the distance traveled as you can see it’s 1.8 miles but he charged me $35 gas and mileage fee which is illegal. I recorded the call plus, I’ll get the transcripts from my phone company.
