I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle at Bristol Auto Center. I worked with Mark. In the afternoon, I called to inquire about a vehicle I wanted to purchase the same day. Mark was efficient, kind, honest, and accommodating. He did not pressure me at all. Due to the fact that Mark is a mechanic, he knew all about the mechanical components of the vehicle, he answered all of my questions knowledgeably, and he taught me things that I didn’t know. My mom was with me and was nervous at first, but she was so impressed by Mark’s honesty, knowledge of the vehicle, and kindness that it put her at ease. I ended up purchasing the Mercedes that day. The price was reasonable, the vehicle is in excellent condition, and I am very pleased. I highly recommend Bristol Auto Center to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle or to have their vehicle serviced by their mechanics!

I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I brought my car in for repairs, but the work was not done correctly the first time, or they put in a faulty part. The mechanic eventually covered the cost to fix it the second time, which I appreciate, but it did not make up for the inconvenience caused. I was left stranded on the side of a busy road with a smoking car for over three hours waiting for a tow truck (which I had to pay for), had to pay for Uber, and was without my car longer than expected. Overall, it cost me a lot more than what was given. A repair should be done correctly the first time, and customers should not have to deal with the stress and extra costs that come from mistakes. While the shop did take some responsibility, the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

They were extremely friendly and helpful. I came in for help with a battery issue. They ordered what was needed and installed it for me the same day. Highly recommend!
