We reserved a uhaul on friday. After spending 3 hours sitting in the lot trying to get the truck we reserved because there were no keys in the lock boxes, we are told by the district uhaul manager we have to go to AUBURN in a snowstorm to get a truck because the guy from Gilman's is completely AWOL and not answering any phones. The truck was completely unlocked, cab and and there was a corona in the front of the cab. Whole thing reeked of beer. Now on my way to Auburn, in a snow storm, three hours later than planned, which means ill be moving in the dark and the snow. Thanks Gilman's. Not only will I no longer be using your services, but youve convinced me to be a penske customer going forward.

Very accommodating and informative. He went the extra miles as it was my first time driving with a trailer hooked to my Audi. I highly recommend this business for picking up and dropping off U-Haul equipment.

We stopped by to pick up a U-Haul, we were in and out as quick as can be. The guys in the shop were great at what they are doing, and both seemed like super nice, friendly guys. Especially the one who helped hook up our trailer!
