I'm not sure if I have the correct O'Reilly. The one I went to was at 7300 N Western. The manager I believe his name is Brian was incredible helpful. I was so impressed with him. I couldn't believe that he was so polite and cordial. I guess in todays world I just don't expect it anymore. Brian should be given a raise and acknowledgement by the owner of O'Reilly. This guy is one in a million. Great people skills

The facility itself was adequate, but the level of service I encountered from a few male employees fell well below acceptable standards. There was a noticeable lack of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail qualities I expect in any professional operation. Simple inquiries were met with indifference, and efforts to resolve a straightforward issue were minimal at best. As someone who has spent a career holding teams to high standards of performance and integrity, I found the experience disappointing. Leadership matters at every level, and unfortunately, that was not evident here.

Bought a pair of headlamp bulbs from this location after one burned out. O'Reilly advertises "free bulb replacement", which was the main reason why I bought from here, because I didn'thave the right tool at the time. An employee here took one look and said "it's too hard". What's hard about pulling two screws with the correct tool (that we know you have), pulling out an old bulb, putting in a new one and screwing the screws back in? I went to another O'Reilly location and they did it for me in less than 10 minutes. Seems like the staff here were lazy and just didn't want to do it.
