I would recommend Thompson Auto Care to everyone. I asked Nick to check an oil leak that had developed on my VW. After he checked it, he asked me if I recently had the oil pan replaced, I said I did. Nick suggested that I go back there and have them repair it. I will do this. Nick did not charge me for this! After I get my oil pan repaired, will definitely do all my business with Nick. Update: Since I wrote this 3 yrs ago.... Still gets 5 stars. They are my go-to for my car. This morning on my way to work, I stopped to get gas at Irvings in Standish around 4am when my Jetta would keep stalling when I started it up after I got gas. Finally got the car going, headed back home. Left Nick and Carter a voicemail asking to drop it off when they open, if it starts. Nick phoned me at 6:50 and said to bring it in. I did get it started and headed to their garage. They put a new purge valve in. I was back on the road within the hour. Thank you both!!!! Again!

Nick saved our family trip!! No exaggeration. We are Marylanders who road-tripped up to visit friends in Buxton, ME. Along the way (about an hour before arriving), our Toyota Sienna began shaking and flashing a few different warning signals. This was Thursday evening. I reached out to a few Toyota dealerships and other local shops for help, but was turned away. This morning (Friday morning), I was driving to a few local repair shops just hoping someone would help me out and make it possible for us to make our 7+ hour trip home safely after the weekend. When I pulled up to Thompson, Nick was super friendly and sympathetic to my situation. He told me that they were pretty stacked with service appointments, but that he would squeeze me in to at least diagnose the issue by the end of the morning and do anything he could to help us out. Within a few hours, Nick called me with the diagnosis and plan to fix it and said he could get us back on the road before they close for the weekend. Thompson Auto saved the day (and our trip home)!!!

Just had replaced the coil spring and tie rod end on my truck at another garage. I still needed to have an alignment done. Calling around everyone was two to three weeks out for an alignment. Nick at Thompson Automotive got me in on a Saturday (on his day off). Nick worked with my schedule, very fast and friendly. Easy to with with. Best alignment I had in a very long time. Better then the dealer. Thank you Thompson Automotive!!
