Edit: Since they responded by lying and saying I'm not a client, the vehicle is in my fiancé's name who's initials are GM and I do have a 6 digit reference number you guys got by using the last six digits of our Vin number and I won't broadcast personal information on google to prove a point. My lawyer warned me that all you people do is lie. That's OK. Makes it easier for me. See ya soon! They apparently know nothing about the law or how to abide by it, because they are constantly breaking it in order to make money. For them to have a 5 star rating on here is totally inaccurate, so they are obviously doing what they can to cover up the many complaints that they get. Even businesses that do things the right way and have a good reputation because they EARNED it rarely have a perfect rating on here. They are constantly being sued and they get MANY horrible complaints so how is a perfect 5 star rating possible? People are suing you before even doing a quick google search? Please.

I WOULD RECOMMEND NEAB 1000%, NOT BIASED, PLEASE READ BELOW. I was involved in a car accident on 01/08/24. I owned my car, so I never had insurance. My car was towed to NEAB, i thought the police report would be in my favor but it turned out that I was at fault. Due to being uninsured I had to cover the cost of the storage at NEAB but I was in a huge financial difficulty and never had the funds to do so. One of the Saturdays I decided to visit the site and I met with the owner of NEAB named Steve, he assisted me with what I needed out of my car and I explained my situation to him. Steve was very helpful, and his advise was very insightful. He went on to the point of offering to cap my storage fee, if I had made a partial payment. The day we had agreed to pay the fee came but I was short on cash, Steve made it possible for me to get my car towed to my home by offering to reduce my fee to the lowest rate possible. You don’t see such kindness on a day to day basis. No one can imagine how beyond grateful I am. This lifted a huge financial burden. And I will forever be grateful, thank you so much and my God richly bless this business. I would recommend NEAB 10000% times, to anyone. Thank you once again.
