This branch doesn’t care about customer service. Only your buyers fee. Bought a vehicle listed at an off site location. Called offsite location to confirm pick up (they said yes it’s here and you can pick up today) and sent a truck to pick it up. Trucker gets there and no vehicle is there. Offsite location said it’s now at the main branch. Called the branch to verify and I get from the rep is “ it’s here”. Well it would’ve been nice to know that vehicle is now located at the main branch but no big deal. I literally asked for 1 extra day of “free storage” because they only give you 4 days to pick it up before they charge you a $60 a day storage fee which is ridiculous. Rep kept me on hold over than 10 mins just to tell me “ no there’s nothing we can do, you have to pick it up today before storage fees apply” how unfair and bad business is that. Won’t be buying from this branch again. New management needs to be put in place here but I’ll be reaching out to Corp on this matter
