would highly recommend M&M Auto, Mobile Mechanic Services to anyone that needs their vehicle worked on. Matt not only fixed my car, he provided compassion and encouragement in my time of need. {sounds dramatic but I’ll explain} My experience was nothing short of a blessing. The work was superior but they provided something more; Something meaningful. Matt took time to listen and he didn’t talk to me like I was an idiot. M&M auto provides incredible “meet you where you are at” mobile repair services, They care for their customers and community, and they truly meet people where they are at. M&M Auto provides great customer service, and they work fast! The communication was awesome and Matt took time to listen to me and he didn’t talk to me like I was an idiot. (I kind of am) I am very thankful I contacted M&M to help when my car broke down in a McDonald’s parking lot. I called Matt because he came to my house to fix my girlfriend’s car a few months ago (was a great experience then too!) and he answered right away. I told him what I could regarding my car, and the location. He offered to come later that evening. Matt listened to me vent in the McD’s lot while he diagnosed my car. He went to go get the part (fuel filter) and it wasn’t in stock so he ordered it and said he would be back the next day. He arrived the next morning after texting me to confirm. when I got to McD’s to meet him, he was already there and had another skilled technician named James with him. James was awesome! They offered me a cold bottle of water (90 degrees out!) and they explained that the car needed more help than anticipated. They ensured I understood what was needed, they were upfront immediately about pricing and they provided a broken down invoice explaining what was done, what needs to be done and the reasons why. It was awesome! They said they would be back the next day and THEY WERE ALREADY THERE!! Matt proceeded to work on that car for hours, in the heat, with parts and tools neatly laid out. I was so impressed! I was also confident in his ability to fix the car. Matt remembered that I was stressed about starting a new job that week. He expressed urgency and I couldn’t tell he was truly working to get the car running quickly for me. After a lot of troubleshooting and hard work, He did. He fixed the car! I was able to get to my job and……it didn’t cost me a fortune. What stands out most to me about M&M Auto is how they went above and beyond, they really went out of their way for me. Matt and James proved that M&M Auto, Mobile Mechanic Services is NOT just about taking money and fixing vehicles, they truly care about their customers and the community. i can’t say enough good stuff about M&M Auto but i can say, If anyone needs their car serviced, I would definitely go with M&M auto.
