I had an excellent experience working with Leandro. Although it took me some time to visit the dealership, he consistently followed up and ensured that I was able to come in at a convenient time. He was professional, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process, making the experience smooth and stress-free. I also had the opportunity to meet the Sales Manager, Tim, who was very professional and welcoming. Additionally, I would like to recognize Melissa and Hass from the Finance Department. They were extremely kind and patient, especially as I asked many questions and went back and forth several times before making my final decision. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the financing process. By far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership working with Tomi and Leandro. They both helped me to get the absolute best deal for my new car and the most for my trade in. Leandro made sure I was able to see and test drive any car that I had even the smallest thought about and also provided incredible customer service along the way.
