Very smooth interaction buying a new 2026 Kia Carnival. Usually I haggle more but the interaction with the salesman Will Cabrera and Jason Dusquet (manager) was very positive and there were no hidden fees or games. Scott Johnson in finance also explained a lot of the different service plans and I ended up getting the extended warranty based on his explanations. Hoping to never have to use the service center but fingers crossed it is as smooth as the sales side.

My girlfriend and I purchased a vehicle from this location. She was the primary payer, and I was the co-signer. We ended up getting overcharged at this location for the vehicle: a $17,000 vehicle turned into $36,000, and she didn't even get the vehicle she wanted. She settled for the second-choice vehicle. On top of that, she had to sign an agreement stating that she is not allowed to put magnets or stickers of any kind on the vehicle until half of it is paid off. But in the meantime, there is a license plate holder that has their name on it and a stamp on the rear of the vehicle that has their name on it. We got ripped off. Buyer beware: 1. You are going to be overcharged. 2. You are going to be taken advantage of. 3. They will force you to put a good review online to make themselves look good, despite the fact that they have ripped people off. Do not go here. Do not purchase a vehicle from this location.
