Purchased a wood double exterior front door earlier this year. Door was sealed and ready to install by May. Moved into the house in August. Had two big rains and the door has leaked water under our flooring and now water is coming in between the windows. Called the facility and they said there’s nothing they can do and that we would have to buy a brand new door. Do not buy, they don’t offer warranty’s. You are better off buying from somewhere commercially.

First time ever going here, and I was not disappointed! They have so many building materials, household goods, cleaners, furniture, the coolest bathtubs I’ve ever seen!! The outdoor shower is awesome, wish I had a place for it!! They have a nice selection of flooring, windows, doors, vanity’s, bath and kitchen sinks including some amazing farmhouse sinks, hardware, light fixtures & lamps, affordable large fire pits, small granite slabs, different types of underlayment, and so much more!! I need to get back over there soon to see if they’ve gotten in any new stuff!!

I had been to the Re-Use store in Dry Ridge several times (love it), but this was my first trip to the Elizabethtown location. I didn't think it possible, but I love it even more. I was able to find all of the baseboard, door and window casings, and misc. other odds and ends I needed for a renovation I'm working on. Great prices and the friendliest, most helpful staff I've seen in a while. I'll definitely be going back soon for tile, doors and whatever else comes up as I'm working.
