I’ve been going here for 7 years. I bought my car from this location. And in the past few years the service has gone down and the price has gone wayyy up. The past few times I went my bill was $900+ in just labor. The last visit they had my car for 1.5 hours and charged me 905$ in labor. I didn’t even get my oil change sticker. One of the last times I went in was for a recall.. they found 1400$ in other stuff to do (I take good care of my car) then I paid and picked it up and they had to call me to take my car back because they didn’t finish the recall… the whole reason I brought my car in. I need to find a new place. I can’t afford this nonsense any more.

Brought my car in yesterday for a diagnostic test because I was having some issues previously. I was definitely taken aback by the amount of things that needed repair, but I suppose that happens when you don’t do regular maintenance. Ricky went over each issue with me and answered all my questions, and was honest. The mechanic who worked on my car took me into the garage and showed me the undercarriage and exactly what was wrong. They answered all my questions, let me keep the loaner car overnight, and had my car washed when I picked it up. Excellent experience.
