AutoZone has locations everywhere, and our local store has helped us out more than once in a pinch. We recently had to replace a defective wiper blade, and it was easy to grab a new one here. Called for a part, they said they had it in stock so I drove over to buy it and pick it up. Told me they didn't have it in stock when I got there and every staff member denied saying they spoke with me on the phone even though I confirmed I had called the correct store phone number in person. Even called the number while in the store and they picked up. Manager was no help.

I needed help today because i failed dmv inspection due to a missing luggage nut. The dmv employee was very nasty to me during the entire inspection process. The people at Autozone , especially the lady today, were full of compassion and helpful as possible. Thank you for your kindness today.
