Let me start by saying if I could leave a lower star review I would. I took my 1991 F150 to Wilbur Miller to have some minor wiring work done due to tail lights not working. I drove it there. He charged me $400 then contacted me several months later to tell me the work I needed was done but that now the truck wont start or run. He then proceeded to ghost me for 6 months, not returning calls or text, then contacted me saying the property owner he rents from sold the property and that I needed to get my truck off the property within 48 hours. Mind you my truck still wont start after he "worked on it". So now I'm out the $400 I paid him for the original work, plus a $150 tow bill, and I now have to pay another shop to undo and fix whatever he broke. Do not take anything to this man he is an incompetent mechanic.

My family and I were stranded on the side of the highway around 6:30pm last week. Though we’d made attempts to arrange for either a repair or tow through both our insurance agent and rental car company, we’d had no success. I did a search for local garages and came across Pawpaw’s. Wilbur immediately answered the phone, assessed our location, and arrived a few minutes later. After placing a spare on our rental, he then safely guided us to his garage, warmly greeted my family, and repaired the tire. Not only did Wilbur salvage our evening, he also phoned a local restaurant to inquire for us if they were still serving dinner, and kindly provided all these services beyond the time his shop should have closed at 8:00. Thank you Wilbur for your outstanding kindness and generosity; our best to you and your family!

Thank God, I came upon this garage. My motorcycle wasn't working, and I was going 15 miles an hour on Rt. 62-a non-shoulder road. I stopped on a Friday, after 3pm, impromptu, and my machine got attended. Quick and efficient, very knowledgeable, friendly and interested in mechanics.
