I waited three weeks hoping for my motorcycle battery to come in. The last week to 10 days I was told the "Boss was bringing it... so should be here tomorrow." Tomorrow never came. I asked if there was anyone in charge there and was told the "Boss" was out of Owensboro KY and had been there yesterday, but didn't bring any batteries. I finally asked if they had any intentions of selling me a battery? Needless to say, I am not happy with the level of customer service nor the continuous lies (even if inadvertently) that were told to me over and over again. I wouldn't waste your time waiting on anything that needed to be ordered. I wasted 3 weeks in an attempt to save about $7.00. I ordered online and expected delivery is in 4 days. Let's hope.

I've paid them on two separate occasions to fix my golf cart. Didn't even even make it around the corner from my house once and the second time it made it up the hill. I've left the number for the owner and we've been waiting for over three weeks with no response. I called every day and went there he never showed up, the guy at the shop was pleasant But I had no answers as to when o the owner would be there. I paid to fix one of the belts that had shredded which was appropriate and they charged me for the second belt which the mechanic who picked it up from my house showed me was clearly intact. Still doesn't run and I have another shop. Now this new shop is saying that the wiring we paid to have them done was wrong and now that's why it's broken again along with a faulty "new battery". Complete wast of money and time. DO NOT let them touch your stuff! I will be contacting the BBB..

Great people! Extremely helpful too. Actually provided several options instead of only one brand (never heard of) like the other battery place I visited.
