Gum Spring automotive has always gotten us in immediately, the service has been quick so our routines haven’t been upended, and the customer service is great! We love having a shop so close to home where we know we can always get in when a problem arises and trust that the work and integrity of the business is above par!

I had my car towed to a shop up the road from this place and was told they couldn't do the repairs so I had it towed to Gum spring auto to have the repairs done because the woman on the phone said it could be done. I told her I wanted the studs replaced and needed to know how much it would be, when I got the estimate I told her If I couldn't pay for the repairs I'd come pick it back up. We'll I went back to pick it up and they told me they wanted $150 for a diagnostic fee to tell me what I already knew was wrong. And wouldnt give me my keys until I paid it. Got got very rude was yelling and cussing at me and being very disrespectful. Asking if I think I just have people do things for me and not pay. It was at the 1st shop 2 days they looked it over amd determined they didnt have the equipment to do the repairs.. they didnt ask for a penny for any of it. Gum spring never moved the car they just went out to where it was parked by towing and looked at it to confirm whatbi already knew was wrong. Poor service all around and horrible customer service!!!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could!! Truly an awesome group of people here, the turnaround time was awesome, and you can tell they really care for their customers. Will definitely be back again if I ever have any car issues
