I Pick Up here often. They ALWAYS let us Check In early and put us in a Door quickly. They Load us fast every time and when they’re done they send a text so you can get your paperwork. Employees are helpful and friendly. They have Porta Potties on site and plenty of space for you to take time off and sleep. Also they leave tons of water out for anyone to take.

I really like your concerns about safety. But I don't feel safe entering those portable toilets. I don't mean to say that I, but that's why drivers leave gifts in the yard. You sell water at a high price, just build some decent bathrooms please, a huge building and you don't build a bathroom for the drivers who move your products and it takes you 4 or 5 hours to load. You're pathetic and that's why we are too!

01/17/2026 Well, another shipper with an attitude. The place is covered in snow and ice, and my weight is 46,000 pounds. Because of the weather, I can’t move my tandems, and the closest scale is located after the weigh station. The balding guy who works at the shipping office is a jerk who refuses even to hear me out when I’m desperately trying to find any dry spot where I can move my damn tandems! A word of advice to management: people who are supposed to work with other people should at least have some semblance of communication skills and maybe a little less attitude.
