Today my vehicle stalled. In a turn lane. Up a hill. I was scared and panicking, but a quick call to R&J's towing, a man named Jordan got me hooked up and home safe! I've never had bad service from this towing company, definitely my first call in a bad situation, and I'm very thankful for their speed and professionalism. Give the man a raise! Does he need an apprentice? I'll volunteer. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

R and J's Towing They are simply the best in Minot, North Dakota. We purchased a boat trailer through a company in Fort Myers, Florida, that was far too small for our boat (despite specifying the boat, weight and length) that we were trying to bring to our home in Canada. This failed purchase left us stranded in North Dakota with significant problems. Larry from R and JS Towing Company was simply there for us and relieved us of many additional tasks and worries that arose due to the distance from our home. He handled this simply brilliantly, quickly, on time and was almost always available to us on the phone. He even carried out the necessary repairs to the wheel bearing. Many thanks to the entire team. I gave only 4 stars instead of 5 because I'm still waiting for the confirmation that the repair of the wheel bearing is properly done.

"R & J Towing" came to my rescue on the July 4th holiday! My F250 is an '03 and after filling up my tank, I got in and the starter was fried. I knew nothing was open on the holiday....but remembered I had "HUM" (by Verizon). I called and they set up my tow. They contacted the different tow companies and quoted 45 minutes to and hour and a half for service. I was prepared to wait as I knew I was at their mercy with it being a holiday. Within 10 min I got a call from the dispatcher at "R & J" and she stated she was giving my info to a driver. Unbelievably, within 10 more minutes, Dillon , the tow driver, showed up!! I couldn't believe how fast they were there to assist! He was professional and courteous and got me and my truck home with no issues! I am a "YUGE" FAN of "R & J Towing"! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing assistance in the Minot and surrounding areas!!! Thank you for working on the holiday and for the work you provide to those in need!!!
