Dropped my rear end off the first week of September 2024 with a clear 3-week turnaround promised. It is now the end of November — almost 12 weeks later — and despite dozens of texts and repeated promises of “next week,” I still do not have my parts or a completed unit. Every update was vague, excuses kept changing, and communication went silent for weeks at a time.I finally had to give a hard deadline and show up in person with help to retrieve my parts unfinished. Only then did things suddenly “move.” The work itself may be fine when it eventually gets done, but the complete disregard for timelines and the endless string-along wasted months of my build season.If you have all the time in the world and zero schedule, maybe this place works for you. If you actually need your stuff back in the same calendar year, look elsewhere. Plenty of other builders out there who respect their customers’ time.(For context: I’m not a random difficult customer — I paid the deposit upfront, stayed patient for months, and only wrote this after recovering my parts.) Steer clear unless you enjoy endless “it’ll be ready next week” texts.

Thomas is a stand up guy. Fixed my rear end and when the thing started making noise again he fixed it again at no cost to me!! It only took him a week to fix it also. Always answers when I have any questions about anything. He also fixed my ABS sensor on the truck for me. If you need a great mechanic then this is your guy!! He doesn't take months to get it done and does not charge an arm and a leg. I paid less than half of what other places wanted to fix my rear end.
